Refund Policy
Course content is instantly available to the Course Participant after purchase, so therefore course fees are non-refundable. If for some reason you are unable to access a course you paid for, please email acucontinuingeducation@gmail.com for assistance. No refunds will be granted after certificates of course completion have been given to the course participant.
License Agreement
By payment for CEU/PDA course, the Course Participant assumes the right to use the materials contained within a course for their personal education only. The Course Participant is forbidden to make unauthorized copies of any and all materials or to share these materials in any way to persons not enrolled in this program.
Certificates
Your certificate should be available to you immediately after you pass the course. If there is a technical issue and you do not receive your certificate of completion after passing the course, please email us at acucontinuingeducation@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Limitation of Liability

Live CEU Webinars
Upon payment for a Live CEU Webinar you will be scheduled for a seat on the selected webinar date. Your full attendance of the live webinar is required to receive the certificate of completion. If there is a webinar cancellation, or if you have an unforeseen circumstance arise and cannot attend, you are eligible to reschedule to another webinar date. No refunds will be granted after certificates of completion have been issued.
